Pregnancy Registry:  There is a pregnancy exposure registry that monitors pregnancy outcomes in women exposed to VAXZEVRIA during pregnancy. Women who are vaccinated with VAXZEVRIA during pregnancy are encouraged to enroll in the registry by visiting https://c-viper.pregistry.com or calling 1-800-616-3791.

Reporting Adverse Events

If a patient experiences an adverse event following immunization, please complete the Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) Form appropriate for your province/territory (http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/im/aefi-essi-form-eng.php) and send it to your local Health Unit.

In addition, you can report adverse events via the AstraZeneca adverse event reporting site.

All designated vaccination sites need to maintain security around the storage of VAXZEVRIA within their facilities. Check VAXZEVRIA packaging upon arrival, and store in their original packaging.
